Terms of Use

Welcome to the PV7 hotsite (the “Site”), a fan-engagement page for Pabllo Vittar’s PV7. These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site. By using the Site — including registering or rating a track preview — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. The Site

The Site lets fans register and submit anonymous 1-to-5 star ratings of track previews. Ratings are collected for fan-engagement purposes only. The Site does not sell products, process payments, or create user accounts beyond the registration described below.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to register and use the Site. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Registration and your information

To rate previews, you provide your name, e-mail, and location. Location fields are completed through Google’s Places service so they are standardized. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, not to register on behalf of anyone else, and not to use false or misleading details.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site lawfully and in good faith. You must not:

• use bots, scripts, or other automated means to register or vote;
• attempt to manipulate, inflate, or distort ratings;
• interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Site or its infrastructure;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its data, or other users’ information;
• copy, scrape, or harvest content or data from the Site; or
• use the Site for any unlawful, misleading, or harmful purpose.

5. Ratings and voting integrity

Ratings are anonymous and are used only in aggregate, for engagement purposes. Individual vote totals, averages, and rankings are not published through the Site. We may use technical measures — including rate limiting and bot protection — to preserve the integrity of the ratings, and we may disregard or remove ratings that appear fraudulent or manipulated.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including the PV7 and Pabllo Vittar names, artwork, imagery, logos, audio previews, and trademarks — belongs to its respective rights holders and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without prior written permission.

7. Third-party services

The Site relies on third-party services, including Google Places (location normalization), Klave (data processing), and its hosting provider. Your use of features powered by these services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Privacy

Your personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, available on this Site. Please review it to understand how your information is collected, used, and shared.

9. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site operator, Pabllo Vittar, and their respective representatives will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, if you breach these Terms or misuse the Site.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where the Site operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
